To-do app Clear for iOS will be updated with Reminders next month

Clear for iOS, one of the most popular to-do apps by Realmac software will be getting the ability to add reminders in an update scheduled to land on the App Store sometime next month. The feature is a natural extension of any to-do and list making app, and has hence been one of the most popular feature requests. The folks at Realmac say: As many of you know, we’ve been working on the next major feature update to Clear: Reminders. The team has been working incredibly hard to make this happen, however we also want to make reminders as intuitive as possible – and that means we’ve been constantly tweaking and refining how things work. The changes mean we’ve over-run from our (already-delayed) March launch – and we’re now looking to release the updates in early April. The update will also have a two new set of sounds, that will be available as IAPs. For those who bought Realmac’s ill-fated Clear+, the two sound packs will be free, through a rather complicated restore process. Clear’s to-do app shot to fame in 2012 due to its minimal interface, great animations and heavy reliance on gestures. The app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad for $4.99.
