Apple may be planning to bring back the iPad 4 alongside the 8GB iPhone 5c, which Apple may start selling on March 18th as a low-cost iPhone option. The fourth-generation iPad includes the A6X processor, a five-megapixel iSight camera, 1.2-megapixel FaceTime HD Camera and the thicker design that was made obsolete by the iPad Air.
