Here are 4 new, smaller tweaks that all happen to be free. So whether you’re on a budget or just want to check out some free tweaks to see if they’re something you might be interested in, then check these out. VideoGestures Here’s a simple tweak that allows you to manipulate the volume controls as well as the video scrubber on videos in your Videos app and in Safari. Sliding your finger up and down will turn the volume up and down on the video. Sliding it from left to right will skip ahead in the video. You also have a few options in the settings panel if you’d like to increase the sensitivity, or invert the scrubber controls. ControlUndim Most people use the Control Center to adjust their brightness on the fly. But, one thing that happens when you open the control center is that the background automatically dims. That makes it a little bit harder to adjust the brightness to the correct level you’d like since it automatically brightens when you close the Control Center. ControlUndim fixes that. When you slide the brightness knob, the Control Center becomes transparent and brightens the springboard to the actual brightness so it’s much easier to select your desired brightness. NoNearMe If you’re like most people and you don’t use the “Near Me” tab in the App Store, then you might want to check out NoNearMe. It’s a very simple tweak that gets rid of that annoying tab and evenly spaces out the remaining 4 tabs to make it look like it never existed. CustomSpotlightText Here’s another simple tweak that allows you to customize your spotlight text to make it say whatever you want. So, if you have a tweak installed like SearchLoader and you have it set to specifically search through only your apps, or only your messages, then you could set the text to “Search Apps” or “Search Messages”, for example.
