Apple completely revamped the app switcher in iOS 7 with an all-new card-based interface. While the iOS 7 app switcher looks really nice, it is not very efficient as you end up having to swipe a lot more than you used to in iOS 6. A new jailbreak tweak called GridSwitcher aims to address the issue, but at the same time retaining the sleek look of the app switcher. As you can see in the screenshot below, it tweaks the app swticher on the iPhone to display 2×2 (4) app previews on a single screen rather than just one. In case of the iPad, it displays 3×3 (9) app previews on a single screen as you can see below.
