Apple seeds seventh OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks beta to developers.

Apple released the seventh beta of OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks to developers today. The beta build 13C62 contains no major changes or feature additions in the OS. Apple has been on a weekly release schedule for its latest beta builds of OS X. As was the case in earlier beta versions of OS X, Apple asks developers to focus on Mail, Messages and Graphics Drivers in this seventh build. Users have complained of poor Gmail and smart folder performance in the OS X Mail app ever since its launch last year. Improvements were noted in OS X 10.9.1, but issues with Gmail still remain. Developers can download the latest beta version of OS X Mavericks via Software Update or directly Apple’s developer portal. Continue reading
