Now, Rdio has entered the fray by offering web access to its catalog of songs for free.Rdio announced this new, free web service on its blog. It will be available to all users in the US an will provide streaming for free as long as you use the web player. There will be ads that take the form of “short and sweet” messages. These messages include “new feature announcements, messages from partner brands, notifications about exclusive content, and other helpful tips.” Customer who want an ad-free experience on mobile or web can sign up for Rdio unlimited for $9.99 per month.
