Twitter cofounder launches Jelly, an iPhone app for crowdsourcing answers from social networks

Jelly is a new iPhone app by Twitter cofounder Biz Stone that wants to help get answers to your questions by using your first and second degree social network connections. From the app’s description: Jelly is a new way to search with pictures and people from your social networks. It’s also people helping each other—something that’s both meaningful and fun. The app encourages you to ask questions centred around images, and uses your Facebook and Twitter connections to solicit answers for your questions. You can browse through a series of questions asked by your friends, all of which are laid out in a card-based interface that you can swipe down to dismiss.
