Beta 2 version of OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 now available for developers to download

Apple released the second beta version of OS X 10.9.2 to developers today. This latest seed, build 13C39, arrived approximately one month after the company released OS X 10.9.2 beta 1. As was the case in the earlier beta, Apple is again asking developers to focus on Mail. Ever since OS X debuted last October, there has been a steady stream of complaints about the Mail app, especially when using it with Gmail accounts. Personally, I stopped using the Mail app with my Gmail account in November and haven’t looked back. Besides Mail, Apple also asks developers to look at Messages, virtual private network features, graphics drivers and VoiceOver. Developers can download beta 2 of OS X 10.9.2 via the Software Update feature in OS X or from Apple’s developer portal. [Via AppleInsider] Continue reading
