Dropbox hints at upcoming iOS 7 redesign

Dropbox hints at upcoming iOS 7 redesign

Dropbox is one of the few remaining major iOS apps that has not updated its UI to match iOS 7′s minimal styling. Thanks to a recent blog post about its business services, we may have have gotten a sneak peek at upcoming version that’ll overhaul the UI. Today on its blog, Dropbox announced a new feature for business users that’ll allow them to link their personal Dropbox account to their business account. As part of this announcement, the company included an screenshot of two iPhones showcasing this feature in action. The UI presented in these screens is significantly different from the UI of the current Dropbox version that is available in the iOS App Store. The styling is flatter with a blue-trimmed white navigation bar replacing the sold blue bar at the top of the screen. The buttons at the bottom are also styled differently and match iOS 7′s look and feel. You can check out the changes in the image above and let us know what you think about this redesign in the comments. [Via iMore] Continue reading
