Earlier this year, Twitter updated its iOS app and added support for viewing photos that were sent via the social network’s direct messaging feature. Starting today, that same viewing feature is available to iOS owners who use Tweetbot as their Twitter client. The latest Tweetbot update brings the app to version 3.2.1. Though you still can’t send a photo via a direct message in Tweetbot, the app now allows you to view images that are sent to you via direct messages created on the web version of Twitter. Tweetbot is the one of the first major iOS Twitter clients to support this new photo viewing feature. The update also addresses a handful of unidentified bugs that are now fixed in this version.
