After a brief stint on the iOS App Store earlier this week, the official Google Glass app for iOS is back in the iOS App Store and hopefully here to stay. The MyGlass app for iOS lets iPhone owners interact with their Google Glass device.According to the app’s description, MyGlass allows you to configure and manage your Glass device. It can be used to setup Glass, get directions on the go, screencast what you see on Glass to your phone and add Glassware and contacts to the device. The description ends with the snarky warning that downloading the app without owning a Glass device “would be a waste of time.” Yeah, it certainly would be. As pointed out by Tech Crunch, the Android app and its description is almost the same as the iOS version, except Android owners get some humor along with a dose of snark “If you don’t have Glass, then downloading this will be a waste of time. Sorry about that. But if you swipe the screenshots to the right you’ll see there’s a picture of a puppy in pajamas. So not a total waste of time after all.” Continue reading
