Fantastical 2 for iOS updated with support for Waze and Text Expander

Flexibits updated Fantastical 2, its popular calendar app for the iPhone. Version 2.0.3 is a moderate upgrade, bring with it two exciting new features for power users and a handful of bug fixes.First and foremost is support for crowdsourced mapping application Waze. This new feature allows users to choose an option to open maps in Waze instead of another mapping app. The updated Fantastical also supports the latest version of TextExpander (v 2.3). If you recall, Text Expander was kicked out of the App Store and forced to develop a new method to store snippets. This new SDK required third-party developers to recode the TextExpander part of their apps. Fantastical is one of a handful of apps using this new TextExpander SDK. Fantastical also squashed a few bugs — fixing a problem when editing recurring events with Google Calendar and correcting an issue where future events wouldn’t load if lots of reminders exist.
